A few photos from these two weeks spent in the Great Bear Rain Forest region. We are a bit early in the season as the salmon are not yet very numerous in the rivers, but the grizzlies are here, and we are treated to a feast for the eyes! The anchorages of Kynoch Inlet and Mussel Cove are particularly magnificent with their towering cliffs. A hint of Norway... Temperatures are rising, and we take advantage of it to get the paddle back in the water! The only downside: the heat has awakened the insects that come to tease us on board...
On the way back, we stop in front of the somewhat idle little village of Klemtu before passing through Bella Bella for supplies.
