First sailings...

Eventful departure on 02/14 in heavy west swell, initially no wind.

First obstacle at 3 PM with a fishing net caught in the propeller, causing the engine to stall. After half an hour of effort in the cold water, we were back on course, heading northwest.

Around 6 PM, the wind picked up from the west, allowing us to glide smoothly under a timid sun.

Around 10 PM, the front passed, and off Ouessant, a strong gust welcomed us...

The night was rough, but Libertaire loves these conditions...

Arrival in Falmouth just in time for Fish&Chips..

The next day, a stroll on land.

Keeping an eye on our home sweet home...

Heading to Fowey on 02/17, close-hauled in a gentle Force 4

Still under British drizzle..

Then on to Saint Malo...

New stop until Easter: Minihic-sur-Rance
